The KPI grid in Analytics V2 is configurable per view: enter edit mode, remove cards, and use the KPI picker to add grouped metrics from each catalogue.

KPI grid and KPI picker — customize your metrics

Each view in Analytics V2 shows a 4-column KPI grid you can customize. Click Edit in the controls bar to enter edit mode, then remove cards with the × button or click Add KPI to open the KPI picker — a grouped, multi-select dialog of every metric available for that view. Confirm with Apply, then Save layout. Each view (Advertising and Store & Business) keeps its own KPI selection. Every card carries an info tooltip with the metric's formula and data source.

Who is this for

Anyone who wants their analytics dashboard to show the metrics they actually review, without scrolling past cards they don't use.

The KPI card

Each card in the grid shows:

  • Label — the metric name (e.g. MER, ROAS, CPM).
  • Info tooltip — a short explanation of the formula and data source. Hover the help icon to read it.
  • Value — the metric for the selected accounts and date range.
  • Delta — when "compare to previous period" is enabled, an up/down percentage versus the previous period, coloured green (better) or red (worse).

Cards with no data show a dash and a "data unavailable" note rather than a misleading zero.

Customizing the grid

Step 1: Enter edit mode

Click Edit in the controls bar. Each card gains a × remove button, and an Add KPI tile appears at the end of the grid.

Step 2: Remove KPIs

Click the × on any card to drop it from the grid.

Step 3: Add KPIs with the picker

Click Add KPI to open the KPI picker. Metrics are grouped (for example "Ad metrics" and "Conversions" in the Advertising view; "Hybrid", "E-commerce" and "ADV" in Store & Business). Toggle the pills you want — the footer shows how many are selected — then click Apply.

Step 4: Save the layout

Back in the controls bar, click Save layout to keep your selection, or Cancel to discard the changes.

What each view offers

The picker only lists metrics valid for the current view.

ViewDefault cards (examples)Picker extras (examples)
AdvertisingAd spend, CPM, CTR, ROAS, ATC, Purchases, Sales, Cost/purchase, CVRImpressions, Reach, Frequency, Link clicks, Leads, Cost per lead
Store & BusinessMER, Revenue, Ad spend, Orders, CPO, AOVTACoS, Profit, Refunds, % Refunds, Sessions, Site CVR

Storefront KPIs

In the Store & Business view, Sessions and Site CVR are storefront metrics. They only appear in the picker — and light up in the grid — once your store has reconnected with the reports scope and site-session data has been collected. This keeps them out of the way until their data source is live. See Store & Business view — MER, CPO and the site funnel.

Best practices

Keep one focused layout per view

Add the metrics you review weekly and remove the rest. The grid is per-view, so your Advertising and Store & Business layouts stay independent.

Read the tooltips before comparing

Several metrics look similar but differ in source — for example platform ROAS versus MER, or platform CVR versus site CVR. The tooltip states the exact formula and source.

Turn on comparison for context

Enable "compare to previous period" so each KPI card shows its delta. A number alone rarely tells you whether things are improving.

FAQ

How do I add or remove KPIs in Wevion Analytics V2?

Click Edit in the controls bar to enter edit mode. Remove any card with its × button, or click Add KPI to open the KPI picker, toggle the metrics you want, and click Apply. Finish by clicking Save layout to keep your selection, or Cancel to discard it. The layout is saved separately for each view.

Does each view have its own KPI selection?

Yes. The Advertising view and the Store & Business view each keep their own KPI grid. The picker only shows metrics valid for the current view — for example MER and CPO in Store & Business, or CPM and Frequency in Advertising — so you build a focused layout for each.

Why can't I find the Sessions or Site CVR KPI?

Sessions and Site CVR are storefront metrics in the Store & Business view. They appear in the KPI picker and grid only after your store reconnects with the reports scope and Wevion has collected site-session data. Until then they stay hidden so you never see empty or broken cards.

What does the info tooltip on each KPI show?

Each KPI card has a help icon that reveals the metric's formula and data source — for example that MER is store revenue ÷ ad spend, or that Site CVR is Shopify orders ÷ sessions. Read it before comparing similar-looking metrics, since platform-attributed and store-derived values can differ significantly.
