Password reset & login problems

Can't sign in? Reset your password from Sign in → Forgot password?. Enter your email, then open the link we send — it expires in 1 hour. Your new password needs at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character. If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password — use Continue with Google instead.

Who is this for

Anyone who can't log in to Wevion because of a forgotten password, an expired or broken reset link, a reset email that never arrived, or confusion about a Google (OAuth) sign-in. Reset your password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?. Enter your account email and click Send reset link.

For privacy, Wevion shows the same "Check your email" confirmation whether or not an account exists for that address — so the confirmation screen doesn't reveal whether the email is registered. If you have an account, a reset link is on its way.

Open the link from the email. On the Choose a new password screen, enter your new password twice. It must meet all of these:

  • At least 12 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One digit
  • One special character

Both fields must match. After a successful reset you're sent back to the sign-in page — log in with your new password.

Common problems

Reset links expire one hour after they're requested, and each link works once. If yours is expired or shows "Link not valid" (a missing token), just request a fresh one from Forgot password? and use the newest email — older links stop working.

The reset email didn't arrive

  • Check your spam / junk folder. Reset mail sometimes lands there.
  • Confirm the exact email you used to sign up (typos and a different work vs personal address are common).
  • Wait a few minutes and check again before requesting another link.
  • Remember: the "Check your email" screen appears even for addresses without an account, so no email will arrive if that address was never registered.

You signed up with Google (OAuth-only account)

If you created your account with Continue with Google, you don't have a Wevion password to reset. Sign in with the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page. A password reset won't help an account that only has Google sign-in; use Google, or contact support if you can't get in.

You can't log in at all

  • Wrong password repeatedly: after several failed attempts the account can be temporarily locked — see tr-105 account locked.
  • Stuck on the two-factor step: see tr-108 2FA recovery.
  • New password rejected: double-check it meets every rule above (length and character mix) and that both fields match.

FAQ

How do I reset my Wevion password?

On the sign-in page click Forgot password?, enter your account email, and open the link we send. It expires in one hour. Then choose a new password of at least 12 characters that includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character, and enter it twice.

Reset links expire one hour after you request them and can be used only once, so an old or already-used link will fail — and a link without its token shows "Link not valid". Request a fresh link from the forgot-password page and use the most recent email.

I never received the reset email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder, confirm you used the exact email you registered with, and wait a few minutes before trying again. Note that Wevion shows the same confirmation screen even for unregistered addresses, so no email arrives if that address has no account. If it still doesn't come, contact support.

I signed up with Google and there's no password to reset.

Accounts created with Google sign-in don't have a Wevion password. Use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page instead of the password form. If you still can't get in, contact support.
