Who is this for

Anyone who wants to try Wevion before committing. The trial gives you the full product so you can run a real campaign and decide.

Before you start

You need three things:

  • A valid work email (we send the verification link there)
  • A password — at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. (Or sign up with Google instead and skip the password entirely.)
  • Permission from your manager if you're signing up on behalf of a workspace your company already owns

How to sign up

Step 1: Open the signup page

Go to app.wevion.ai/register. You can also reach it from the Get Started button on wevion.ai.

Step 2: Enter email and password (or use Google)

Type your work email, set a password, click Create account — or click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account and skip the password step. Use the same email everywhere — invitations from teammates land here.

Step 3: Verify your email

Open the email titled "Verify your Wevion account" and click the verification link. The link is time-limited; if it has expired, just request a new one from the signup screen. If you don't see the email within a minute, check spam.

Step 4: Land in the onboarding wizard

After verification, you land on the onboarding wizard. The wizard asks a few quick questions — your business type, the marketing platforms/tools you use, and your industry — to personalize your experience. You can skip any step and come back later.

What you'll see

After signup you should see:

  • A welcome screen with your name and the trial countdown badge (top right of the header)
  • The onboarding wizard at /onboarding/wizard opens automatically
  • A confirmation toast: "Account created. Trial active until [date]."

The trial gives you full Wevion access: all platform connections, Campaign Creator (Express and Pro), Bulk Launch, Rules Engine, Creative Hub including AI generation, Cross-Channel Analytics, and Wavo. The trial includes a seat allowance and a tracked ad-spend cap over a rolling 30-day window; going far over the cap can put the workspace into read-only until it drops back (your real platform billing with Meta / Google / etc. is unaffected). Current limits are shown on /settings/team/billing.

Common issues

  • Verification email never arrives: check spam, then add noreply@wevion.ai to safe senders. If still nothing after 5 minutes, request a new link from the signup screen.
  • Password rejected: requirements are at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. Or sign up with Google to skip the password.
  • "Email already in use": someone in your company may have already created a workspace. Ask them to invite you instead of signing up separately — see Invite your first team member.
  • 2FA prompt on first login: optional during the trial. You can enable it later from Settings → Personal → Security.

FAQ

Do I need a credit card to start the Wevion trial?

You add a card to start the 14-day trial, but nothing is charged during those 14 days — you're only billed if you pick a paid plan, and if you don't you move to the Free plan when the trial ends. Sign up at app.wevion.ai/register with email + password or with Google, verify your work email, and you land straight in the onboarding wizard. The trial covers every platform connection, Campaign Creator, Bulk Launch, Rules, Creative Hub, Analytics, and Wavo.

What are the password requirements for a Wevion account?

Your Wevion password must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. Set it on the signup screen at app.wevion.ai/register when you click Create account — or use Continue with Google to sign up without a password. Use the same work email everywhere so teammate invitations land in the right place.

What if Wevion says my email is already in use?

It usually means someone at your company already created a workspace with that email. Instead of signing up separately, ask them to invite you so you join the existing Wevion workspace. Is two-factor authentication required during the Wevion trial?

No. 2FA is optional during the Wevion trial. If you see a 2FA prompt on first login you can skip it, and enable two-factor later from Settings → Personal → Security. This keeps signup fast while still letting you harden your account whenever you're ready.
