Wevion offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Plus plans (plus a custom Enterprise). Each scales seats, ad-account quotas, and AI Credits. See live pricing for current values.
Wevion plans explained
Wevion has four public plans β Free, Starter, Pro, and Plus β billed monthly or annually via Stripe (Free is $0). A custom Enterprise tier exists but is hidden from the public pricing list and negotiated with Sales. Each plan scales seats, resource quotas, AI Credits, and spend visibility cap. For current prices and exact limits, always check /settings/team/billing β that's the source of truth.
Who is this for
Owners and admins picking the right plan for their team or comparing plans during the trial.
The plans
Free
A $0 entry tier for evaluating Wevion or running a very small, single-platform setup. It has the tightest quotas (1 seat, a small number of ad accounts / pages / pixels / catalogs), a fast_only AI model tier, and a weekly AI-credit grant. Free has no trial (you're already on it) and cannot connect white-label / multi-workspace / API-access features.
Starter
For solo media buyers and small teams running on one or two ad platforms. Includes:
- A starting seat allowance (extra seats available as add-on)
- Core resource quotas (ad accounts, fan pages, pixels, catalogs) sized for single-platform focus
- Campaign Creator (Express + Pro modes), Ads Manager, Bulk Launch
- Creative Hub with a weekly AI Credits grant
- Rules Engine, Cross-Channel Analytics, Wavo
- Email + in-app notifications, Telegram bot
Pro
For agencies and in-house teams running multi-platform at scale. Everything in Starter plus:
- Higher seat ceiling, higher resource quotas across all dimensions
- Higher ad-spend visibility cap
- Bigger weekly AI Credits grant
- Advanced RBAC tiers, Audit Log access, longer retention windows
- Priority support response times
Plus
The top self-serve tier, above Pro. For large agencies and advertisers running at high volume. Everything in Pro plus:
- The highest self-serve seat cap (10 seats included)
- Unlimited resource quotas (ad accounts, fan pages, pixels, catalogs β all
NULL= unlimited on the plan) - No ad-spend visibility cap (unlimited tracked spend)
- The largest weekly AI Credits grant
- White-label, multi-workspace, cross-platform, and API access enabled
- The
allAI model tier
Enterprise (custom, not publicly listed)
For organizations with custom contracting needs. Negotiated with Sales. This tier is hidden from the public plan picker (it is filtered out server-side) β you won't see it at /settings/team/billing unless it's assigned to your account:
- Custom seat count (the seeded default is 30, often negotiated higher)
- Custom resource quotas (typically NULL = unlimited)
- Custom ad-spend cap (often NULL = unlimited)
- SSO (SAML / OIDC) for centralized identity β set up on request as a dedicated configuration with Sales (not self-serve)
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager with regular check-ins β arranged as part of the Enterprise agreement
- Priority support SLA, custom invoicing (Net 30, wire transfer), signed Data Processing Agreement β provided on request through Sales
A separate internal Demo plan exists for partner / POC accounts ($0, Enterprise limits). It's not visible publicly.
What scales with each plan
The plan's value comes from how five dimensions scale up:
NULL on any quota = unlimited (Plus, Enterprise + Demo typically).
For the exact numeric value of each dimension on your current plan, see /settings/team/billing β Usage.
Monthly vs annual billing
Each plan supports both intervals:
- Monthly: pay each month, full flexibility, slightly higher per-month price
- Annual: pay once for 12 months, typically discounted vs monthly Γ 12
Switch between intervals at any plan change (no cooldown for interval-only changes).
How to choose
If unsure, start with Pro for the trial β you can downgrade to Starter at any time (with cooldown rules β see upgrade or downgrade).
Trial β first plan
Trial includes most Pro features for 14 days. At trial end, pick the plan that matches your steady-state usage. If the trial cancels without a payment method, the account drops to the Free plan rather than being locked out. See what happens when your trial ends for the day-14 mechanics.
What you'll see
At /settings/team/billing:
- Your current plan badge (Trial / Free / Starter / Pro / Plus / Enterprise / Demo)
- Renewal date and amount
- Plan comparison cards if you can still upgrade/downgrade
- Usage bars per quota dimension (seats used / max, ad accounts used / max, etc.)
Common questions
- Can I move from monthly to annual mid-cycle? Yes β interval change applies at next renewal date, no cooldown.
- Does Enterprise have a fixed price? No β Enterprise is custom-contracted and not shown in the public plan picker. Contact sales.
- What about a Free tier? Yes β there is a $0 Free plan with the smallest quotas. It's the default an account lands on if a trial ends without a payment method. Some partner/affiliate flows instead use the internal Demo plan.
- Are prices in USD or EUR? Depends on your signup region. Currency cannot be changed post-signup without Sales involvement.
FAQ
What plans does Wevion offer?
Wevion has four public plans β Free, Starter, Pro, and Plus β billed monthly or annually through Stripe (Free is $0). Free is a tiny evaluation tier; Starter suits solo buyers and small teams on one or two platforms; Pro fits agencies and teams running multi-platform at scale; Plus is the top self-serve tier with unlimited quotas and up to 10 seats. A custom Enterprise tier exists but is hidden from the public picker and negotiated with Sales. A separate internal Demo plan isn't publicly visible either.
How do I know which Wevion plan to choose?
Choose Free if you're just evaluating or run a tiny single-platform setup; Starter if you're solo or 1-3 teammates on 1-2 platforms spending under $25K per month; Pro for teams of 5+, three or more platforms, or agency work spending $25K-$250K per month; Plus for large agencies/advertisers needing unlimited quotas and up to 10 seats; Enterprise for a custom contract beyond Plus. If unsure, start on Pro during the trial β you can downgrade later.
What scales as I move up Wevion plans?
Moving up Wevion plans scales seats (max_users), ad accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, and Outbrain, Fan Pages, pixels, product catalogs, and the ad-spend visibility cap, plus larger AI Credit allowances, advanced RBAC, and longer retention. A NULL quota means unlimited, typical on Plus and Enterprise. For exact numbers, check /settings/team/billing.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Each Wevion plan supports both intervals. Monthly billing charges every month with full flexibility at a slightly higher per-month price, while annual billing is paid once for 12 months and is typically discounted versus twelve monthly payments. You can switch intervals at any plan change, with no cooldown for interval-only changes.
Does Wevion have a free tier?
Yes. Wevion has a $0 Free plan with the smallest quotas (1 seat, a small number of ad accounts/pages/pixels, a fast_only AI tier, and a weekly credit grant). It's also the plan an account lands on if a 14-day trial ends without a payment method, so you're not hard-locked. The trial itself still includes most Pro features for evaluation; some partner and affiliate flows use an internal Demo plan, which isn't publicly available.
