Export CSV / Excel from Analytics V2
The Esporta button in the Analytics V2 controls bar downloads the active view's daily data as CSV or Excel. It's a client-side export — the file is built in your browser and downloads instantly, one row per day for the selected period. The columns depend on the view: the Advertising export carries spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, clicks, purchases, sales, ROAS and leads; the Store & Business export carries revenue, spend, orders, AOV, MER, CPO, TACoS, site CVR, sessions and refunds. This is distinct from the legacy async PDF/CSV export job (an-116).
Who is this for
Anyone who needs the numbers outside Wevion — in a spreadsheet, a BI tool, or a client report.
How to export
Step 1: Configure the view
Set the mode (Advertising or Store & Business), the account/platform selection, the store (in Store & Business), and the date range. The export reflects exactly this configuration.
Step 2: Click Esporta
The export dialog opens and summarizes what will be exported: the view, the platforms included ("Tutte" when none is filtered), and the period.
Step 3: Pick CSV or Excel
Choose CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx). The file downloads immediately — there is no queue or job to wait for. The filename encodes the view and date range, e.g. wevion_ads_2026-06-01_2026-06-30.csv.
What's in each export
The export is one row per day for the selected range.
Advertising view
Columns: Data, Piattaforme, Spesa ADV, Impression, CPM, CTR %, Click su link, CPC, Aggiunte carrello, Acquisti, Vendite, Costo/acquisto, CVR %, ROAS, Contatti, Costo/Contatto. Platforms are merged per day (each day's row lists the platforms contributing to it).
Store & Business view
Columns: Data, Store, Fatturato, Spesa ADV, Ordini, AOV, MER, CPO, TACoS %, CVR sito %, Sessioni, Resi, % Resi.
CSV vs Excel
Both files include a UTF-8 byte-order mark so accented characters render correctly in Italian Excel.
How this differs from the legacy analytics export
Best practices
Set the view and filters first
The export mirrors the current configuration exactly, so choose the mode, accounts, store and date range before clicking Esporta.
Use Excel for a quick look, CSV for pipelines
Excel opens directly for a fast review; CSV is the cleaner choice for importing into BI tools or scripts.
Need a formatted PDF report?
The V2 export is data-only. For a formatted, branded report, use the async PDF/CSV export.
FAQ
How do I export data from Wevion Analytics V2?
Configure the view (Advertising or Store & Business), your account selection, store and date range, then click Esporta in the controls bar. Choose CSV or Excel in the dialog and the file downloads instantly from your browser, with one row per day for the selected period.
Is the Analytics V2 export a background job?
No. Unlike the legacy analytics export, the V2 export is generated client-side in your browser and downloads immediately — there is no queue to wait for and no job to poll. The trade-off is that it exports the active view's daily data rather than a formatted, multi-section report.
What columns are included in the export?
It depends on the view. The Advertising export includes date, platforms, spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, link clicks, CPC, add-to-cart, purchases, sales, cost per purchase, CVR, ROAS, leads and cost per lead. The Store & Business export includes date, store, revenue, spend, orders, AOV, MER, CPO, TACoS, site CVR, sessions, refunds and refund percentage.
What's the difference between CSV and Excel here?
CSV is comma-separated and best for BI tools and scripts; Excel is tab-separated with an Excel MIME type so it opens directly in the app. Both are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark for correct accented characters. Pick Excel for a quick spreadsheet review and CSV for importing into other systems.
