GET /api/v1/creative-hub/files (+ /breadcrumb). New folder via /folder, rename, move, delete (Drive trash). Drive-backed hierarchy, no DB file table.

Organize files — folders, rename, move

Super_admin & admin see all users; owner sees self + team. Member switcher in toolbar. /creative-hub/:folderId?member=:memberId. RBAC via getVisibleSessionIds(db, callerId, callerRole).

Team folders — viewing team files

POST /api/v1/creative-hub/share (body: email). Shares your ENTIRE Drive folder as role=writer + type=user. Revoke via /unshare, list via /shared-emails. Survives until revoked.

Share folder with external collaborators

Preview modal images + videos. Thumbnail: GET /api/v1/creative-hub/thumbnail/:fileId (image bytes only). Video content via /files/:fileId/content. In-memory + S3 cache. No auth on thumbnail.

Wevion uses Drive Service Account (NOT user OAuth). Admin views connection status + service account email + total storage at /settings → Integrations.
