Intelligence Hub — your daily market + strategic briefing
The Intelligence Hub lives at /intelligence in Wevion. It is a daily or weekly briefing that combines market and strategic signals into one operator-ready summary — the "broad" report. Behind it, an intelligence dashboard aggregates signals from across Wevion and prioritizes them by urgency into horizons (Now / This week / Next 30 days / Strategic). Backed by
apps/backend/src/routes/api/intelligence.route.tsandintelligence-dashboard.service.ts, gated by theINTELLIGENCE_HUB_ENABLEDflag.
Who is this for
Anyone who wants one place to start the day — a single briefing that rolls up market trends, cost movement, saturation, opportunities, and strategic priorities, instead of checking each Intelligence page separately.
The daily briefing (Report)
Open /intelligence and the Hub shows a Report tab: the combined broad briefing for the selected period. Use the Daily / Weekly switcher and the date dropdown (shared across all Intelligence pages) to move between periods and review history.
The briefing is AI-generated and merges the market and strategic pictures into a short, operator-ready summary — an executive headline plus a handful of sections, each with its own narrative and evidence link. Because it is generated, it carries a status and can note when a contributing dimension was degraded (for example a source had no fresh data). The underlying report model is explained in int-104 Intelligence reports.
How the Hub prioritizes signals
Behind the briefing, Wevion's intelligence dashboard pulls signals from several sources and turns them into signal cards, each with a title, description, urgency score, evidence link, and quick actions. Cards are sorted into four horizons:
Signal sources that feed the Hub include:
- Audience saturation alerts (from Strategic Intelligence)
- Strategic opportunities and strategic recommendations
- Brief priorities from the latest weekly strategic report
- Market trends from the trend feed
- Seasonal events within the next ~60 days
- Cost trend — a rising or falling CPM signal over the last 14 days vs the prior 14
Each card can carry actions such as dismiss, mark read, snooze (7 or 30 days), apply, or open in chat, which route straight to the relevant Market or Strategic Intelligence endpoint.
Source freshness
The Hub also reports source freshness — the last-updated timestamp for each contributing source (saturation alerts, strategic report, trend feed, broad report, cost trend, and more) — so you can tell how current each part of the briefing is. Results are cached briefly (about a minute) to keep the page fast.
Availability and roles
- Route:
/intelligence. WhenINTELLIGENCE_HUB_ENABLEDis off, the page shows a "coming soon" screen instead of the briefing. - Reads: available to roles with view access.
- The daily server job generates the broad briefing automatically, so a fresh summary is usually ready each morning.
FAQ
What is the Intelligence Hub in Wevion?
The Wevion Intelligence Hub, at /intelligence, is a daily or weekly briefing that combines market and strategic signals into one operator-ready summary. Instead of opening Market Intelligence and Strategic Intelligence separately, you get a single "broad" report — an executive headline plus a few evidence-backed sections — that rolls up trends, cost movement, saturation, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
How does the Hub decide what is urgent?
Wevion's Intelligence Hub scores each signal and sorts it into four horizons: Now for the most urgent items (score 80 or higher), This week for mid-urgency signals, Next 30 days for seasonal events and market trends, and Strategic for longer-horizon items. Signals come from saturation alerts, opportunities, recommendations, trend feed, seasonal events, and a 14-day cost-trend check, so the highest-impact actions rise to the top.
How fresh is the briefing?
Wevion's Intelligence Hub generates the broad briefing on a daily schedule and reports source-freshness timestamps for each contributing source — saturation alerts, strategic report, trend feed, cost trend, and the briefing itself — so you can see how current each part is. The assembled view is cached for roughly a minute to keep loading fast, and you can switch to Weekly or pick an earlier date to review history.
Why do I see "coming soon" instead of the briefing?
The Intelligence Hub is controlled by the INTELLIGENCE_HUB_ENABLED feature flag. If your workspace has it turned off, /intelligence shows a "coming soon" screen instead of the briefing. When it is on, the Report tab loads your team's combined market-and-strategic summary. Market Intelligence and Strategic Intelligence remain available on their own pages regardless.
