Guide to Wevion Analytics: Advertising and Store & Business views, KPI grid, per-platform/account charts, periods, freshness, FX and CSV/Excel export.

Wevion Analytics — the complete guide

TL;DR: Wevion Analytics (/analytics) has two switchable views — Advertising (platform-attributed media performance) and Store & Business (blended, MER-centric commerce). Both aggregate across the platforms and accounts you select, show an editable KPI grid plus fixed charts and tables, and export to CSV or Excel client-side. Data syncs ~every 15 min; purchase metrics lag 24-72h. Deeper strategy (channel-mix reallocation, audience saturation, seasonal moves) lives in the Intelligence area.

Table of contents

Analytics overview (two views)

/analytics opens as one page with a top-left view toggle:

ViewWhat
AdvertisingPaid-media performance attributed by the ad platforms
Store & BusinessBlended commerce performance led by MER (revenue ÷ ad spend)

Both views aggregate across the accounts you select in the platform + account cascade selector — Analytics is cross-platform by default; there is no separate Cross-Channel mode.

The KPI grid

Each view opens with a default KPI grid you can customise (edit mode + KPI picker + save layout).

Per-platform and per-account analysis

Budget allocation

Analytics gives you the evidence (Spend × ROAS, MER, CPO); explicit reallocation suggestions and automated budget management live elsewhere.

Finding top performers

Comparing periods

Enable Compare to previous period to add deltas to the KPI grid.

Data freshness + exchange rates

  • 15-min platform insight sync

  • 24-72h postback lag for purchases / ROAS / CPA

  • Display currency defaults to native per account; switch to one currency (per-day rates) to compare

Export CSV / Excel

The Export button downloads the active view as CSV or Excel, one row per day, generated in the browser for an instant download — no async job, no email, no PDF (use Ads Manager reports for designed PDFs).

Strategic + market intelligence

Channel-mix reallocation, audience saturation, and seasonal moves are live — no longer deferred — in the Intelligence area:

  • Common: view empty (no accounts applied), storefront KPIs/funnel missing, platform ROAS vs MER disagreement, ROAS vs platform UI mismatch (postback + attribution + FX)

FAQ

What are the two views in Wevion Analytics?

Wevion Analytics has an Advertising view (paid-media performance attributed by the ad platforms) and a Store & Business view (blended commerce performance led by MER). You switch between them with a toggle at the top-left, and both aggregate across whatever platforms and accounts you select. There is no separate Cross-Channel mode — Analytics is cross-platform by default.

Is there still a Cross-Channel mode with narrative blocks?

No. The old Cross-Channel mode — five fixed blocks behind a feature flag, plus a separate cross-channel home at /dashboard — has been retired. Cross-platform analysis now happens directly in the Advertising and Store & Business views: select the platforms and accounts you want, and every KPI, chart, and table recomputes across that selection.

How fresh is Wevion Analytics data?

Wevion syncs platform insights roughly every 15 minutes, and purchase-based metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and MER settle over 24-72 hours via postback. So recent days keep filling in, and a platform's near-real-time dashboard may differ slightly. Use a last_7d minimum window whenever ROAS, CPA, or MER drives a decision.

Which number should I trust — platform ROAS or MER?

For budget decisions, trust MER (store revenue ÷ ad spend) in the Store & Business view. Platform ROAS over-counts because ad platforms attribute view-through and cross-device conversions to themselves, so it usually overstates real return. MER is attribution-independent, which is why it leads the Store & Business view. Read platform ROAS as a directional signal and let MER be the tiebreaker.

Can I export a PDF from Analytics?

Not from Analytics — its Export button produces CSV or Excel data files with one row per day, built in your browser for an instant download. For a polished, chart-based PDF report suitable for clients or stakeholders, use Ads Manager's report export instead. Analytics export is optimised for feeding spreadsheets and BI tools with raw daily data.

Does Wevion have channel-mix, saturation, or seasonal analysis?

Yes — those are live in the Intelligence area, not the analytics grid. Strategic Intelligence provides channel-mix reallocation suggestions, audience-saturation signals, and seasonal budget advice; Market Intelligence adds trends, news, and benchmarks; and the Intelligence Hub combines them into a daily briefing. Older analytics docs that called these "deferred" are out of date.
