Creative analytics — gallery and ad fatigue score

Creative analytics at /analytics/creatives has two tabs. The Gallery shows per-creative aggregated performance (spend, impressions, purchases, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, frequency) for a date range, with thumbnails and sorting. The Fatigue tab scores each ad 0–100 for creative fatigue, driven by declining CTR, rising frequency and CPM drift, with a CTR sparkline per ad. You can filter by minimum score, ad account and platform, pause or resume an ad directly, and set up email alerts when ads cross a fatigue threshold.

Who is this for

Mediabuyers who need to refresh creatives before performance decays, and anyone reviewing which ads are working and which are tiring out.

The two tabs

A grid of your creatives with per-creative aggregated metrics for the selected date range: spend, impressions, clicks, purchases, purchase value, leads, add-to-cart, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA and frequency, plus the ad format and a thumbnail. You can sort the gallery and page through results, and scope it to specific ad accounts.

Fatigue tab

Every ad gets a fatigue score from 0 to 100 and a colour band:

ScoreBandMeaning
0–29HealthyCreative is performing well
30–59WatchEarly signs of decline
60–79RiskFatigue building — plan a refresh
80–100FatigueCreative is fatigued — refresh now

Ads without enough data show an "insufficient" state rather than a misleading score. Each row also exposes the score's drivers — CTR slope (decline), average and baseline CTR, CPM and CPC, average frequency, impressions and a CTR sparkline (ctr_series) so you can see the decay curve at a glance.

Filters, sorting and actions

  • Minimum score — hide healthy ads and focus on the ones at risk.
  • Ad account and platform — scope to Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat or Outbrain accounts.
  • Sort — by score, average frequency, average CTR, average CPM or impressions.
  • Pause / resume — toggle a single ad's status directly from the fatigue tab.
  • Fatigue history — open an ad to see its recent fatigue score snapshots over time.

Email alerts

The fatigue tab has an alert bar where you can enable email alerts for fatiguing creatives. The alert configuration stores a threshold (1–100), a recipient email, and a frequencyimmediate, daily or weekly. Email alerts can't be turned on without a recipient, so Wevion prefills your own address if needed. The alert summary shows how many creatives currently sit at or above your threshold.

Best practices

Sort by score and act on the top band

Set a minimum score of 60 and sort descending to surface the ads in the Risk and Fatigue bands first — those are the ones to refresh.

Read the sparkline, not just the number

A high score with a steep CTR sparkline decline confirms real fatigue; a flat sparkline may just reflect low volume.

Turn on weekly alerts for hands-off monitoring

If you don't check daily, set a threshold and a weekly email so you're told when creatives start to tire.

FAQ

What is the ad fatigue score in Wevion?

The fatigue score is a 0-to-100 rating of how tired a creative is, shown in the Fatigue tab of creative analytics. It is driven by declining CTR (the CTR slope), rising frequency and CPM drift against each ad's baseline. Scores map to four bands — 0–29 healthy, 30–59 watch, 60–79 risk and 80–100 fatigue — and ads without enough data show an insufficient state instead of a score.

How do I find my most fatigued creatives?

Open /analytics/creatives and switch to the Fatigue tab. Set a minimum score (for example 60) to hide healthy ads, then sort by score descending. You can also filter by ad account and platform. Each row shows the score, its drivers and a CTR sparkline, and you can pause the ad directly from the tab.

Can I get notified when creatives fatigue?

Yes. The Fatigue tab has an alert bar where you set an email alert with a threshold (1–100), a recipient address and a frequency of immediate, daily or weekly. Wevion won't enable alerts without a recipient, so it prefills your own email if needed. The bar also shows how many creatives are currently at or above your threshold.

The Gallery tab shows per-creative aggregated performance — spend, impressions, purchases, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA and frequency — with thumbnails and sorting for a date range. The Fatigue tab focuses on decay: it scores each ad 0–100 for fatigue, shows the CTR slope and sparkline, and lets you filter, sort, pause and set alerts.
