Wevion has three navigation surfaces: left sidebar, top header, and the Cmd+K command palette. Here's how each works.

Navigating Wevion — sidebar, header, command palette

Three surfaces get you anywhere: the left sidebar for main sections, the top header for workspace and account actions, and the Cmd+K command palette for fast jump-to and search.

Who is this for

Everyone who just landed in Wevion after the onboarding wizard. Spend 5 minutes here and you'll find anything later without clicking around.

The left sidebar (primary navigation)

The sidebar lists the 9 main product areas, top to bottom:

ItemWhat's there
HomeThe starting view — setup checklist, then KPI highlights once data syncs
LaunchBulk Launch grid for creating many campaigns at once
Campaign CreatorSingle-campaign launcher (Express and Pro modes)
Ads ManagerMonitor and manage existing campaigns, ad sets, ads
RulesAutomation rules — conditions and actions
Creative HubFiles, AI generation, sharing
AnalyticsSingle-platform widgets and Cross-Channel narrative
WavoThe AI assistant chat
ConnectPlatform connectors, integrations, API keys
SettingsPersonal, team, billing, workspace

The sidebar collapses to icons on narrow screens. Press Cmd+B to toggle expanded/collapsed manually.

The top header

The header runs across the top of every page. From left to right:

  • Workspace switcher: drop-down to jump between workspaces if you belong to many
  • Breadcrumb: shows your path (e.g. Ads Manager > Campaign Q4-Sales > Ad Set US-iOS)
  • Contextual help button (?): opens a popover with help articles relevant to the page you're on
  • Search icon: opens global search (same as Cmd+K)
  • Notifications bell: in-app notifications; badge shows unread count
  • User menu (avatar): profile, personal settings, dark mode toggle, sign out

The contextual help button is the fastest way to find docs — it knows which page you're on and surfaces the right articles. See also Set up notifications for the bell behaviors.

The command palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K)

Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux from anywhere in the app. A search dialog opens centered on the screen. Type to:

  • Jump to a page: type launch → press Enter to go to /launch
  • Search a campaign: type the campaign name, or prefix with # to search campaigns directly
  • Jump to a section: prefix with @ for navigation, > or / for commands
  • Filter results: use operators scope:, status:, and account: (for example status:active)
  • Run an action: type pause → list of pause actions you can run on selected campaigns

Use arrow keys to navigate the results, Enter to activate. Esc to close.

This is the power-user surface. Spend 1 day using Cmd+K instead of clicking and you'll never go back.

Workspaces

Wevion's data model separates Organization, Workspace, and Team, and data is fully isolated per workspace. Multi-workspace setups (common for agencies and holding companies) are provisioned through enterprise onboarding rather than a self-serve create/switch UI. See Workspace, Team, Account — what's the difference for the full model.

Mobile and responsive

Wevion is desktop-first. The web app works on tablets (sidebar collapses to icons). On phones, most pages render but are not optimized for thumb use. We recommend a 13" or larger screen for daily work.

What you'll see

The dashboard layout never changes structurally:

  • Sidebar fixed left (collapsed or expanded by your preference)
  • Header fixed top (workspace, breadcrumb, search, bell, avatar)
  • Main content area scrolls
  • Toast notifications appear bottom right

If sections look different from the descriptions above, you may be on an older cached build — press Cmd+Shift+R to hard-refresh.

FAQ

How do I open the command palette in Wevion?

Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux from anywhere in the app. A search dialog opens where you can jump to a page, search a campaign (prefix #) or a section (prefix @), filter with operators like status:active, or run an action like pause. Arrow keys navigate, Enter activates, Esc closes.

What are the three navigation surfaces in Wevion?

Wevion has three navigation surfaces: the left sidebar for the main product areas, the top header for workspace and account actions, and the Cmd+K command palette for fast jump-to and search. The sidebar covers Dashboard, Launch, Campaign Creator, Ads Manager, Rules, Creative Hub, Analytics, Wavo, Connect, and Settings.

How do I open Wavo, the AI assistant?

Wavo lives in the sidebar, and you can jump to it fast with the G then T keyboard shortcut. Open it and ask your question there — for example "how do I scale a winning ad set?". The command palette (Cmd+K) is for jumping to pages, searching campaigns, and running actions rather than chatting with Wavo.

How do I collapse or expand the sidebar?

Press Cmd+B to toggle the sidebar between expanded and collapsed manually. The sidebar also collapses to icons automatically on narrow screens. Other shortcuts include Cmd+/ for contextual help on the current page and G then D, C, A, or R to jump to Home, Ads Manager, Analytics, or Rules.

Does Wevion work on mobile devices?

Wevion is desktop-first. The web app works on tablets, where the sidebar collapses to icons, and most pages render on phones but aren't optimized for thumb use. For daily work Wevion recommends a 13-inch or larger screen so the dashboard, Ads Manager, and command palette stay comfortable.
