Wevion pricing, plans & billing — complete guide

TL;DR: Wevion has tiered subscription plans — Free, Starter, Pro, Plus (public) plus a custom Enterprise (hidden) — at /settings/team/billing, plus separate AI credits (a weekly grant + purchasable top-ups) for Wavo + Creative Hub usage. Both billed via Stripe. The trial is 14 days; upgrades are immediate and prorated, price downgrades are deferred to period end (no proration), and cancel takes effect at period end. This pillar indexes everything billing.

Plans + pricing tiers

Subscription tiers vary by:

Trial + first subscription

Trial = 14-day evaluation window. Checkout collects a card up front (the trial itself is €0).

  • Trial duration: 14 days
  • With a card on file, Stripe charges at trial end and your plan starts; with no card, the account drops to the Free plan
  • Data preserved during transition
  • Annual vs monthly cadence options (annual usually discounted, −20%)

Manage billing + Stripe

Stripe is the payment processor. Wevion never stores card data.

  • Top-up + subscription via Stripe checkout
  • 3D-Secure verification when required by card issuer
  • VAT handling for EU customers
  • Tax invoice + receipt auto-emailed

Settings: /settings/team/billing → Billing details + payment methods + invoices.

Credits (AI usage)

Separate ledger from subscription. Each plan gets a weekly credit grant (weekly-expiring); purchased top-up credits do not expire.

Buy top-up packages (starter 5k / standard 20k / pro 50k) via Stripe in the same /settings/team/billing page — available on all tiers including Free. Optional auto-recharge buys a package when your balance drops below a threshold (with a monthly cap you set).

Cancel + downgrade

  • Cancel: subscription ends at current period's end. No further charges.
  • Downgrade (price drop): deferred to period end via a Stripe Subscription Schedule — you keep the higher plan until then, with no proration/credit. A 7-day cooldown may apply between downgrades.
  • Upgrade mid-cycle: charged the prorated difference immediately.
  • Remove extra seats: not credited (proration_behavior: 'none'); the lower cost applies from the next cycle.

Workspace data is preserved through cancellation: you keep full access until the current period ends, after which the workspace moves to the Free plan (usable, capped) rather than being locked out.

Invoices + receipts

/settings/team/billing → Invoices. Download PDF per period. Stripe auto-emails after each charge.

For VAT exemption (B2B EU): add VAT ID in billing details.

FAQ

How long is the trial?

14 days. Check /settings/team/billing after registration for your exact expiry.

What happens after the trial ends?

With a card on file, Stripe charges it and your chosen plan starts; with no card, the account drops to the Free plan (usable, capped) rather than being locked out. Data is preserved either way.

Can I downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes, but a price downgrade is deferred to period end (Stripe Subscription Schedule) and is not prorated — you keep the higher plan you paid for until then, then the lower price applies. A 7-day cooldown may apply between downgrades.

What's the refund policy?

Wevion does not auto-prorate refunds on cancellation; refunds are case-by-case via support. The binding terms are in your subscription agreement and the Terms of Service. See acc-116 refund policy.

What if my card is declined?

Common: insufficient funds, expired card, 3DS verification needed, address mismatch. See acc-118 billing troubleshooting.

Multi-workspace billing?

One workspace per billing account currently. Enterprise tier may consolidate — contact sales.

Are credits the same as subscription?

No. Subscription = features. Credits = AI usage (Wavo + Creative Hub). You typically need both.

Tax / VAT?

Stripe handles tax based on your billing address. EU: VAT if applicable. US: state tax per Stripe Tax.
