Updates — October 02, 2026

Fixed

  • Large videos from Google Drive (over 99 MB) now upload to Meta successfully instead of being rejected.
  • TikTok Pro form now correctly accepts images and carousel ads just like the Express form, with a higher file limit.

Updates — October 01, 2026

Fixed

  • TikTok product sales campaigns with Campaign Budget Optimization no longer fail at creation.
  • TikTok ad groups in Campaign Budget Optimization now receive the correct budget configuration, allowing Meta to properly distribute spend across ad groups.
  • Payment method additions no longer fail silently when a Stripe configuration mismatch occurs—errors now display immediately.
  • Campaign start times specified through the API are no longer reset to midnight.
  • Shopify app subscription validation now works correctly with the Partner API.

Updates — September 24, 2026

New

  • You can now sync your TikTok ad accounts directly from the platform with a single click, just like you do for Meta accounts, instead of waiting for automatic synchronization.
  • TikTok catalog ads now support promoting individual products alongside product sets, giving you more flexibility in how you showcase items from your catalog.
  • Smart Creative for TikTok automatically generates ad variations from your media and distributes budget across them, letting you see which images perform best.

Improved

  • The Express form for TikTok now accepts images in addition to videos, and lets you upload multiple files just like the Pro form does.
  • Your credit balance in the platform now shows the complete picture by including both purchased credits and free grant credits, matching what you see in your account.
  • TikTok bid settings chosen in the Express form now arrive correctly at TikTok and are calculated in the right currency units.
  • Smart Creative toggle now appears in both the Express and Pro forms, so you can use this feature regardless of which creation mode you prefer.
  • The bid cap (cost cap) setting for TikTok product sales campaigns now reaches TikTok correctly instead of being lost during publishing.
  • When the Social Media Manager feature is disabled for your workspace, the platform now properly prevents API access to social features instead of only hiding them from the interface.

Fixed

  • Payment failures from your bank are now distinguished from platform issues—you'll receive a customer notice instead of a false alarm so you know to update your payment method.
  • API calls to adjust Meta campaign budgets and bids now correctly expect amounts in currency units rather than cents, fixing the documentation.
  • An abuse guard now blocks rapid account creation with disposable emails and shared IP addresses to prevent welcome credit exploitation.
