Wevion offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Plus plans (plus a custom Enterprise). Each scales seats, ad-account quotas, and AI Credits. See live pricing for current values.

Wevion plans explained

Open Settings → Team → Billing, pick a plan, complete the Stripe-hosted checkout. Trial converts seamlessly, no data loss.

Start your subscription

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades may have a cooldown — check Settings → Team → Billing for the current window.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

The spend cap tracks your rolling 30-day ad spend against your plan. Cross 110% and the workspace goes read-only. It is NOT a cap on your real ad budget with Meta, Google, etc.

Understanding spend caps

Cancellation takes effect at period end (or trial end). You keep full access until then, after which the workspace moves to the Free plan (usable, capped). Your data is preserved.

Cancel your subscription

Add extra seats to your current plan without upgrading. Per-seat add-on charges via Stripe, prorated for the current cycle.

Add extra team member slots

Manage saved cards from Settings → Team → Billing: list cards, add a card (SetupIntent), set default, remove. Wevion is card-only; Stripe holds the card data.

View all invoices at Settings → Team → Billing → Invoices. Download PDFs, route receipts to multiple emails via Stripe Customer Portal.

Your billing cycle anchors on the day you subscribed. Upgrades and added seats are prorated; price downgrades are deferred to period end and seat removals are not credited.

The Wevion trial is 14 days. A card is collected up front but you're not charged during the trial. With a card on file your plan starts automatically at day 14; with no card the account drops to the Free plan.

A failed charge stamps payment_failed_at and starts a 24-hour grace window. Fix your card within 24h to avoid the workspace going read-only. Stripe Smart Retries also run.

What happens after a failed payment

Wevion does not auto-prorate refunds on cancellation. Refunds are case-by-case via support for duplicate charges, billing errors, or SLA breaches.

Delete is permanent data erasure (GDPR-aligned), different from cancellation. Self-serve from Settings: type DELETE + your password, then a 30-day grace period before erasure.
