Customise the KPI grid — edit mode and KPI picker
Each Analytics view (Advertising and Store & Business) opens with a default KPI grid. You can customise it: click Modifica (edit) to enter edit mode, then add cards from a grouped KPI picker or remove cards inline, and Salva layout to keep your selection. The Advertising grid defaults to nine cards; Store & Business defaults to six. Extra KPIs live in the picker. Storefront KPIs (Sessioni, CVR sito) appear automatically once a connected store has session data — you don't add them manually.
Who is this for
Anyone tailoring the top-of-page metrics to what they actually track. Reference for what each default card is and how to add the rest.
The default KPI grids
Advertising view (9 default cards)
Spesa ADV, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Aggiunte al carrello, Acquisti, Vendite, Costo per acquisto, CVR. These are platform-attributed metrics. The picker adds Impression, Reach, Frequency, Click su link, Contatti (leads) and Costo per Contatto (CPL).
Store & Business view (6 default cards)
MER, Fatturato, Spesa ADV, Ordini, CPO, AOV. These blend Shopify store data with ad spend. The picker adds TACoS, Profitto, Resi, % Resi su Fatturato, and — once storefront data exists — Sessioni and CVR sito.
See an-106 KPI grid for the exact definition and formula behind each card.
Editing the grid
- Open the view you want to customise (Advertising or Store & Business)
- Click Modifica in the top-right of the controls bar — the grid enters edit mode
- Remove a card with its inline remove control, or click Aggiungi to open the KPI picker
- In the picker, toggle KPI chips (grouped by category — e.g. "Metriche ADV", "Conversioni", "E-commerce", "Ibridi") and confirm with Applica
- Click Salva layout to persist your selection (or Annulla to discard)
Each view remembers its own KPI selection independently.
The KPI picker
The picker is a modal that lists every KPI available for the current view, grouped by category, as toggle chips. It shows how many you have selected. Confirming with Applica updates the grid; the selection only sticks once you Salva layout.
Storefront-gated KPIs (Sessioni, CVR sito) are offered in the picker only when the team's storefront source has data — so they never render as broken, empty cards before a store has reconnected with the read_reports scope.
Comparing to the previous period
When Compare is enabled in the date picker, each KPI card also shows a delta versus the previous period, coloured by whether the change is an improvement for that metric (up is good for ROAS and revenue; down is good for CPA, CPM and refunds). See an-113 comparing periods.
What the grid is not
- It is not a per-widget dashboard of arbitrary charts — the charts and tables below the grid are fixed per view (though the Store & Business view includes a custom Chart Builder for one metric pair).
- It is read-only for actions — to pause, edit or scale entities, use Ads Manager.
- Card selection is per view, not per account or per platform.
Common issues
- A KPI card shows a dash or zero: the selected accounts / store had no data for that metric in the window; verify accounts are connected and had activity.
- Sessioni / CVR sito missing from the picker: no storefront session data yet — reconnect the store with the
read_reportsscope. - Numbers differ from a platform's native UI: 15-minute sync lag, plus 24-72h postback lag on purchase-based metrics (see an-114).
- My layout reverted: you likely clicked Annulla or navigated away before Salva layout.
FAQ
How do I add or remove KPI cards in Wevion Analytics?
Click Modifica in the controls bar to enter edit mode, then remove cards inline or click Aggiungi to open the KPI picker. In the picker, toggle the KPI chips you want — they're grouped by category — and confirm with Applica. Finally click Salva layout to persist your selection. Each view (Advertising and Store & Business) keeps its own KPI grid independently.
What KPIs are shown by default?
The Advertising view opens with nine cards: Spesa ADV, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Aggiunte al carrello, Acquisti, Vendite, Costo per acquisto, and CVR. The Store & Business view opens with six: MER, Fatturato, Spesa ADV, Ordini, CPO, and AOV. Additional KPIs — such as Reach, Frequency, and Contatti for Advertising, or TACoS, Profitto, and Resi for Store & Business — are available in the KPI picker.
Why can't I find Sessioni or CVR sito in the picker?
Those storefront KPIs are gated on a live storefront data source. Wevion only offers Sessioni and CVR sito in the picker — and only auto-shows them in the grid — once the connected store has session data from the ShopifyQL collector, which requires the store to reconnect with the read_reports scope. Until then they stay hidden so they never appear as empty, broken cards.
Can I rearrange the charts below the KPI grid?
The charts and tables below the KPI grid are fixed per view, so you can't freely drag and rearrange them. The customisable part is the KPI grid itself, via edit mode and the picker. The one exception is the Store & Business view's Chart Builder, where you choose a primary metric, an optional second metric, and a line or bar chart type.
Steps
- Open the view you want to customise (Advertising or Store & Business)
- Click Modifica in the top-right of the controls bar — the grid enters edit mode
- Remove a card with its inline remove control, or click Aggiungi to open the KPI picker
- In the picker, toggle KPI chips (grouped by category — e.g. "Metriche ADV", "Conversioni", "E-commerce", "Ibridi") and confirm with Applica
- Click Salva layout to persist your selection (or Annulla to discard)
