Plans and Pricing — Choosing the Right Plan

Wevion offers three subscription plans designed for media buyers at different scales. This article breaks down each plan so you can choose the one that fits your team size, ad spend, and operational needs.

How It Works
When you create an Wevion account, you start with a 14-day free trial on your selected plan. During the trial, you have full access to all features included in that plan. No credit card is charged until the trial ends.
Each plan defines limits on:
- Team members — how many users can access the workspace
- Ad accounts — how many Meta ad accounts you can connect
- Ad spend cap — the maximum rolling 30-day ad spend managed through Wevion
- Additional resources: fan pages, pixels, and catalogs
Billing is handled through Stripe. You can choose between monthly or annual billing (annual saves approximately 15-20%).

What Happens When You Hit a Limit
Wevion enforces plan limits in real time:
- Ad accounts: If you try to connect more ad accounts than your plan allows, the system will block the connection and show a "Plan limit exceeded" message. You'll need to either disconnect an existing account or upgrade your plan.
- Team members: You cannot invite more members than your plan allows. You can purchase extra user slots at €99/month each (see Adding Extra Team Member Slots).
- Ad spend cap: When your rolling 30-day ad spend reaches 110% of your plan's cap, your account enters read-only mode. You can still view data and reports, but you cannot create, edit, or publish campaigns until spend drops below the threshold or you upgrade.
The 14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a free trial:
- Full access to all features of your selected plan for 14 days
- No payment is required to start the trial
- You will receive an email reminder before the trial ends
- If you do not add a payment method before the trial expires, your account enters read-only mode
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during the trial
Note: If you change your plan during the trial, the trial ends immediately and billing begins right away.
Step-by-Step Guide
Choosing a Plan During Sign-Up
- Go to wevion.ai and click Register
- Complete the registration form with your email, password, and company information
- After account creation, you'll be redirected to the plan selection page
- Review the available plans and click Select on your preferred plan
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to confirm your selection
- Your 14-day trial starts immediately — no charge until the trial ends
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Navigate to Billing in the left sidebar
- Your current plan is displayed in the Your Plan section at the top
- You can see your billing interval (Monthly or Annual), next renewal date, and current status (Trial, Active, etc.)
Comparing Plans
- Navigate to Billing in the left sidebar
- Click Change Plan
- All available plans are displayed side by side with their features and limits
- Your current plan is marked with a "Current" badge

FAQ
Can I switch plans at any time? Yes, but there is a 30-day cooldown between plan changes. After changing your plan, you must wait 30 days before changing again. See Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan.
What happens if I downgrade? If your new plan has lower limits than your current usage, Wevion will automatically disconnect excess resources. Ad accounts with the lowest 30-day spend are disconnected first. You'll be notified of any changes.
Is there a contract or commitment? No. All plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund? Wevion does not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the period ends.
What payment methods are accepted? Payment is processed through Stripe. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers.
What currency is billing in? All plans are priced in EUR (€). Ad spend caps are measured in USD ($) since Meta reports spend in USD.
Is there a free plan? No. Wevion offers a 14-day free trial on any paid plan, but there is no permanent free tier.
