Creative Hub Overview — Your Media Library

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Creative Hub is your centralized media library inside Wevion. Every image, video, and document you need for your advertising campaigns lives here — organized, searchable, and ready to use. Built on top of Google Drive, Creative Hub gives you cloud storage with a purpose-built interface designed specifically for media buyers.

No more digging through local folders, emailing creatives back and forth, or losing track of which version of an asset went live. Creative Hub keeps everything in one place, accessible from anywhere, with the tools you need to manage assets at scale.

Prerequisites

Before using Creative Hub, make sure you have the following:

  • An active Wevion account with a valid subscription
  • At least Media Buyer role or higher in your team
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)

No additional setup is required on your end. Wevion automatically provisions your personal Google Drive folder the first time you access Creative Hub. You do not need your own Google account or any manual configuration.

How It Works

When you open Creative Hub for the first time, Wevion creates a dedicated folder for you on Google Drive using a secure service account. This happens automatically — you will see your empty library ready for uploads within seconds.

From that point forward, every file you upload, every folder you create, and every AI-generated asset is stored in your personal Drive folder. Wevion handles all the communication with Google Drive behind the scenes, so you interact with a clean, ad-focused interface rather than the generic Drive UI.

Your files are organized in a familiar folder hierarchy. A breadcrumb navigation bar at the top of the screen always shows you where you are, and you can click any level to jump back up the tree. You can switch between grid view (thumbnail cards) and list view (detailed rows with file size, date, and type) depending on your preference.

Thumbnails are generated automatically for both images and videos, so you can visually browse your library without opening each file individually.

What You Can Do

File Management

Creative Hub supports a full set of file operations designed for day-to-day media buying workflows.

Uploading files

Upload files by clicking the upload button or by dragging and dropping them directly into the browser window. You can upload up to 10 files at a time, with a maximum size of 500 MB per file.

Supported file types include:

Category Formats
Images JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
Videos MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM
Documents PDF, PSD, AI

This covers the most common formats used in Meta advertising, from final ad creatives to working design files.

Organizing files

  • Create folders to organize assets by campaign, client, date, or any structure that works for you
  • Rename files and folders individually, or use bulk rename to update multiple items at once — useful when you receive a batch of assets from a designer and need to apply consistent naming conventions
  • Move files between folders using drag and drop, or through the move action
  • Delete files you no longer need

Finding files

Use the search bar to find files by name across your entire library. Combined with a clear folder structure, this makes it fast to locate any asset even when your library grows to hundreds or thousands of files.

You can also filter by file type: All, Images, Videos, or Folders.

Previewing files

Click any file to open an in-app preview. Images display at full resolution. Videos stream directly inside Wevion with full playback controls, including seek and volume — no need to download them first or open a separate application.

AI Generation

Creative Hub includes a built-in AI Generation panel that lets you create new assets without leaving Wevion. This is where the media library becomes more than just storage — it becomes a production tool.

From the AI panel (accessible via the magic wand icon), you can:

  • Generate AI images from text prompts or reference images
  • Generate AI videos from text prompts or existing images
  • Create AI avatars (UGC-style spokesperson videos)
  • Produce text-to-speech (TTS) audio for voiceovers
  • Build composite videos that combine multiple elements into a finished creative

Every asset generated through the AI panel is automatically saved to your Creative Hub folder. There is no export step — the file appears in your library as soon as generation completes, ready to be used in a campaign.

Team Collaboration

Creative Hub is built for teams, not just individuals.

Personal folders

Every team member gets their own private folder. If you hold the Media Buyer role, you see only your own files. This keeps your workspace clean and focused on your campaigns.

Team visibility

If you hold the Owner or Super Admin role, you gain access to a team-wide view that shows all team members' folders. This lets you review creatives across the team, check what assets are being used, and maintain quality standards — all without asking anyone to send you files.

External sharing

Need to collaborate with someone outside your Wevion team — a freelance designer, a client, or an agency partner? You can share your folder with any Gmail or Google Workspace email address. The recipient gets access to your folder, and you stay in control of who can see your files.

This is particularly useful for receiving assets from external designers or sharing approved creatives with clients for sign-off.

Campaign Integration

The real power of Creative Hub is that it connects directly to your advertising workflow. When you build campaigns in the Campaign Launcher, you can pull assets straight from your Creative Hub library.

Instead of re-uploading the same files to Meta every time you launch a new ad set, you select them from your organized library. This means:

  • Consistent naming and organization across campaigns
  • No duplicate uploads eating into your time
  • A clear audit trail of which assets exist and where they are used

Getting Started

Follow these steps to start using Creative Hub:

  1. Open Creative Hub from the main navigation sidebar in Wevion
  2. Wait a moment for your personal folder to be provisioned automatically (first time only)
  3. Upload your first files — drag and drop a batch of creatives into the browser window, or click the upload button
  4. Create a folder structure — consider organizing by campaign name, client, or date range
  5. Try the AI panel — open the generation panel and create a test image or video to see how generated assets flow into your library
  6. Preview a file — click any uploaded image or video to verify the in-app preview works as expected

From here, your workflow is straightforward: upload or generate assets in Creative Hub, organize them into folders, and select them when building campaigns.

FAQ

Is there a storage limit? Wevion does not impose a per-user or per-team storage limit. Your storage is backed by Google Shared Drive. Individual files can be up to 500 MB each, and you can upload 10 files per batch.

Can I access my files outside of Wevion? Files are stored in Google Drive via Wevion's service account. You interact with files through the Wevion interface.

What happens to my files if I leave the team? Files remain stored in the team's Google Drive. Team administrators retain access to all folders.

Can I upload RAW camera files or other large production formats? Creative Hub supports the formats listed above (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, PDF, PSD, AI). Other file types that Google Drive accepts may also work but are not officially supported for campaign use.

How do AI-generated assets count toward my plan? AI generation uses credits from your subscription plan. Each generation type (image, video, avatar, TTS) consumes a specific number of credits. Understanding AI Credits
