Exporting Campaign Reports

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Wevion lets you export your campaign performance data for offline analysis, client reporting, or record keeping. This article covers both the quick CSV export and the full report generation system.

Prerequisites

How It Works

Wevion offers two export methods:

  1. Quick CSV Export — Download the current table view directly as a CSV file. Instant, includes all visible columns.

  2. Report Generation — Create a detailed report via background processing. Supports campaign, ad set, and ad level reports with full data.

Step-by-Step Guide

Quick CSV Export

The fastest way to get your data into a spreadsheet:

  1. In the Ads Manager, set your desired date range, filters, and level (Campaigns, Ad Sets, or Ads)

  2. Click the Export button in the toolbar

  3. A CSV file downloads immediately with a name like report-campaigns-2026-01-01-2026-01-07.csv

  4. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool

What's included:

  • All visible columns in the current table view

  • All rows matching your current filters (not just the visible page)

  • Data formatted for spreadsheet compatibility

Report Generation (Background)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between CSV Export and Report Generation? A: The CSV export gives you exactly what you see in the table — same columns, same filters, same sort. Report Generation creates a comprehensive export with all available fields, processed in the background for larger datasets.

Q: Can I export data for a specific ad account only? A: Yes. Apply the account filter in the Ads Manager before exporting. The CSV export and report generation both respect your active filters.

Q: How long does report generation take? A: For most accounts, reports complete within 30-60 seconds. Very large accounts with thousands of campaigns may take a few minutes.

Q: Can I schedule automatic report generation? A: Not currently. Reports are generated on-demand. For recurring reporting needs, consider using the Telegram daily digest [See: ART-519] which provides automated daily and weekly performance summaries.

Q: What format are the exported files? A: CSV (Comma-Separated Values), compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and any data analysis tool.

Q: Can I export data for custom date ranges? A: Yes. Set your desired date range in the toolbar before exporting. Both the CSV export and report generation use the active date range.
