Meet Wavo — your AI assistant inside Wevion

Wavo is the AI assistant inside Wevion. It sees your account data, knows the product, and can answer questions, suggest optimizations, or take actions on your behalf — always with your confirmation.

Who is this for

Everyone. New users use Wavo for "how do I do X?" questions. Experienced users use it for "summarize this account", "find the underperformer", or "draft a rule that does Y". Admins use it to inspect data without writing SQL.

How to open Wavo

Three ways:

  • Click the chat icon in the left sidebar (always visible)

  • Press Cmd+K, type ai: followed by your question

  • Open the dedicated chat page at /chat

Wavo opens as a side panel that you can keep open while you work elsewhere in the app. New conversations land in Projects so you can keep work organized (e.g. one project per client or per campaign initiative).

What Wavo knows

Wavo has access to:

  • Your account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, performance, audiences) within your role permissions

  • The Wevion product (every feature, every page, every setting)

  • Your help center articles (this collection and the rest of help.wevion.ai)

Wavo does not see other workspaces, other Wevion users, or anything outside your role. A viewer asking "what was our CPA last week?" gets read-only answers; a viewer asking "pause the worst ad set" gets a response explaining their role lacks edit permission.

What you can ask

The strongest patterns:

Questions about your data

"What was my ROAS on Meta last 7 days vs the 7 days before?"

"Which ad set has the highest CPA right now?"

"Why is my Q4 Sales campaign spending less than budget?"

Wavo pulls the numbers, presents them, and adds context (trend, comparison, possible causes).

Questions about Wevion features

"How do I duplicate a campaign across 5 ad accounts?"

"What's the difference between CBO and ABO?"

"Show me how to set up a rule that pauses an ad set if CPA exceeds €30 over 3 days"

Wavo answers and links to the relevant help articles.

Action requests

"Pause the bottom-3 ad sets in Q4-Sales campaign by ROAS over last 7 days"

"Draft a notification rule for when daily spend exceeds €500 on any campaign"

"Generate a creative report PDF for last month"

For any action, Wavo shows you exactly what it will do, asks for confirmation, and only then executes. You can review and edit before approving.

What Wavo will NOT do

  • Execute irreversible actions without explicit confirmation

  • See data outside your workspace or role

  • Make changes on the native ad platforms outside Wevion's published-actions scope

  • Reveal credentials, tokens, or other users' data

Tips for getting better answers

  • Be specific about scope: "Meta only" vs "all platforms"; "last 7 days" vs "this month"

  • State the goal: "I want to scale ROAS" gives better suggestions than "look at my campaigns"

  • Iterate: refine your question based on Wavo's response instead of restarting

Wavo credits

Some Wavo features (deep analysis, creative generation, multi-step actions) use AI Credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit pool. Lightweight chat ("how do I X?") is unlimited. Heavy actions deduct from the pool, and Wavo shows the cost estimate before executing. See from trial to paid plan for credit allocations per plan.

What you'll see

The first time you open Wavo:

  • A welcome screen explains capabilities + shows 3-5 sample prompts

  • The input bar at the bottom

  • A sidebar listing your conversation projects

  • A settings sheet for tone, response length, default scope

After your first message Wavo responds within 2-10 seconds depending on the question complexity.

Common issues

  • Wavo says "I don't have access to that": your role doesn't permit. Ask an admin to raise your role if you need broader data access.

  • Wavo gives a generic answer: rephrase with specifics (platform, date range, what you actually want to do).

  • Wavo proposes an action and you decline: nothing happens. Wavo doesn't act without confirmation.

  • Conversation lost: check Projects in the side panel — all conversations are saved by project.

  • Credits exhausted: lightweight chat keeps working; heavy actions are gated until next month or until you top up.
