The onboarding wizard — set up in 5 minutes
The wizard at /onboarding/wizard asks 5 quick questions to configure your Workspace Defaults. Every step is skippable and editable later.
Who is this for
Every new Wevion user. The wizard runs automatically after account verification. If you skipped it then, you can re-open it anytime from your profile menu.
What the wizard collects
The wizard sets your Workspace Defaults — the values Wevion uses when creating new campaigns, reports, and notifications until you override them. You can change every value later from Settings → Team → Workspace Defaults.

How to complete the wizard
Step 1: Enter your business or workspace name
Use the legal name if you're a single business. Use the agency name if you're an agency (you can create one workspace per client later). 50 characters max.
Step 2: Pick your default currency
Choose the currency you most often report in. Wevion still pulls per-account currency from each ad platform — this default only affects mixed-currency aggregation in cross-channel reports.
Step 3: Set your timezone
Pick the timezone where your team operates. Wevion uses this for daily rule evaluation, the digest delivery, and the dashboard's "Today" filter.
Step 4: Choose your primary ad platform
Select the platform where you spend the most: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola, or Snapchat. The wizard surfaces that platform's connector first on the next screen.
Step 5: Tell us your role
Pick one: media buyer, agency owner, marketing manager, performance lead, freelancer. This adjusts the in-app tour and the cards shown on your first dashboard load.
Step 6: Finish
Click Finish setup. You land on /dashboard. The next thing to do is connect your first ad platform.
Enterprise path
If your organization is multi-workspace (large agencies, holding companies), the wizard offers a Set up enterprise option at step 1. This routes you to /onboarding/enterprise instead, where you can configure organization, workspace structure, and Single Sign-On. What you'll see
After finishing the wizard:
The dashboard at /dashboard opens with placeholder cards (no data yet — no connected platforms)
A green banner at the top reads "Setup complete. Connect a platform to see your data."
The left sidebar is fully unlocked: Dashboard, Launch, Ads Manager, Rules, Creative Hub, Analytics, Wavo, Connect, Settings
Common issues
I skipped a step and want to fill it now: open Settings → Team → Workspace Defaults. Every field is editable.
Wizard re-appears on every login: this happens if no platform is connected after 7 days. Connect one platform to dismiss it.
Wrong timezone in reports: change at Settings → Team → Workspace Defaults → Timezone. Reports recompute on the next 15-minute cycle.
Need to start over: contact support — wizard reset is not user-facing.
