From trial to paid plan — what changes
The trial gives you 14 days of full Wevion access. At day 14 you pick a plan at /settings/team/billing or your workspace goes read-only. Stripe processes payments. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next cycle.
Who is this for
Workspace owners and admins making the buy decision. Finance team members also have access to the billing page (read + write).
What the trial includes
For 14 days, full access to all features:
Feature | Trial limit |
|---|---|
Seats | Multiple (check billing page for current allowance) |
Ad accounts | Unlimited |
Platforms | All supported (Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat) |
Campaign Creator | All modes (Express + Pro) |
Bulk Launch | Yes |
Rules | Yes, unlimited |
Creative Hub | Yes, includes an AI Credits allowance for trial generation |
Wavo | Yes |
Cross-Channel Analytics | Yes |
Ad spend tracked | Capped (visibility of spend within Wevion — your actual ad spend with Meta etc. is uncapped, the cap applies only to tracking) |
No credit card is required to start the trial. You will need one to convert to a paid plan.
What happens at day 14
Two paths:
Path 1: You picked a plan during the trial
If you upgraded at any point during the trial, the trial ends silently. Your subscription continues uninterrupted on the chosen plan. The first charge happens on the day you picked the plan, the second 30 days later.
Path 2: You didn't pick a plan
The workspace shifts to read-only:
You can still log in
You can still see dashboards, campaigns, reports
You cannot launch new campaigns, edit existing ones, or use Wavo for actions
Existing campaigns continue running on the ad platforms (Wevion doesn't pause them)
Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any moment to restore full access
After 30 days in read-only, the workspace data is permanently deleted unless you upgrade.
The plans
Wevion offers tiered plans: Starter (solo / small team, single platform focus), Pro (multi-platform, Rules + Bulk Launch + higher resource quotas), and Enterprise (SSO, dedicated CSM, custom contract).
Each plan scales three dimensions:
Seats — number of team members
Monthly ad-spend cap — visibility limit on spend tracked through Wevion (over-cap is hidden in reports until next month). Your actual ad spend with Meta / Google / etc. is uncapped — they bill you separately
AI Credits — monthly pool for AI generation and Wavo heavy actions
For the current plan list, prices, and limits, see the live pricing at /settings/team/billing or the public pricing page on wevion.ai. Plans, prices, and limits may change — billing page is always the source of truth.
AI Credits: monthly pool consumed by Creative Hub AI generation and Wavo heavy actions. Unused credits do not roll over.
How to pick a plan
Step 1: Open Billing
Click Settings → Team → Billing in the sidebar, or jump to /settings/team/billing. You see your current trial status, days remaining, and the plan picker.
Step 2: Compare and select
Each plan card shows features + price + monthly/annual toggle. Annual is typically 15-20% cheaper.
Step 3: Enter payment
Click Select [plan]. The Stripe-hosted checkout opens. Enter card details (or pay via SEPA / bank transfer for Enterprise). The first charge processes immediately.
Step 4: Confirmation
You see a confirmation screen with invoice number and a receipt sent to the billing email. Your workspace badge changes from Trial to the new plan name (Starter / Pro / Enterprise).
Upgrading mid-cycle
You can upgrade any time:
The new plan activates immediately
Stripe charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle
Your billing date stays the same
Example: you're on Starter mid-cycle and upgrade to Pro. Stripe charges the difference (new monthly fee minus current monthly fee) prorated for the days remaining in the cycle. Next cycle you're billed the full Pro monthly fee on the same anniversary day.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to avoid mid-cycle feature loss. You keep current features until then.
If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits at downgrade time (e.g. 10 seats but downgrading to Starter which allows 5), you must remove the excess before the cycle change. Wevion notifies you 7 days before.
Adding seats mid-plan
If you fill all seats on your current plan and need one more:
Option A: invite anyway — Wevion offers a per-seat add-on (prorated). Check the seat-pool meter in
/settings/team/billingfor the current add-on priceOption B: upgrade to the next plan tier (more seats included)
The seat add-on appears at the seat-pool meter in /settings/team/billing.
Canceling
Cancel anytime from billing. You keep access until the end of the current paid cycle, then the workspace shifts to read-only (same as trial expiry, with 30 days to reactivate before data deletion).
What you'll see
After choosing a plan:
Workspace badge changes from "Trial — 14 days left" to the plan name
AI Credits meter resets to the plan's monthly pool
Seat pool updates
An invoice arrives at the billing email
The trial countdown disappears from the header
Common issues
Card declined: most often expired card or 3DS challenge missed. Stripe sends a retry email with a payment link.
Charged in wrong currency: Stripe charges in the plan's listed currency (USD or EUR depending on your region detected at signup). Currency cannot be changed post-signup without Sales involvement.
Lost access right after upgrade: occasionally a 30-60 second delay between Stripe success and Wevion's webhook. Refresh after a minute.
Need a custom invoice / Net 30 terms: only Enterprise plan supports custom billing terms. Contact sales from the billing page.
Want to extend trial: contact support — extensions are possible for genuine evaluation cases, not for repeat trials of the same email.
