Upload your first creative to Creative Hub
Creative Hub at /creative-hub is your shared library for ad assets — images, videos, ad copy templates. Drag-and-drop to upload. Reuse across campaigns without re-uploading. AI generation is available for new assets.
Who is this for
Creatives, performance marketers, and anyone tired of digging through Google Drive folders to find that ad image from three campaigns ago.
What Creative Hub stores
Three asset types:
Type | Examples |
|---|---|
Images | JPG, PNG, WebP — static creatives |
Videos | MP4, MOV, WebM — video ads, including vertical and square |
Copy templates | Reusable headlines, primary text, CTAs |
Each asset can have tags (e.g. summer-2026, winter-sale, model-female), be assigned to a folder, and carry metadata like aspect ratio, duration, language.
Before you start
You need:
Files on your computer or accessible via URL
Workspace permission level that allows Creative Hub upload (default: mediabuyer and above)
How to upload
Step 1: Open Creative Hub
In the sidebar click Creative Hub or jump to /creative-hub. The main view shows a grid of all assets in the workspace.
Step 2: Drag-and-drop or pick files
Drag files from your desktop directly onto the Creative Hub page. Or click the Upload button (top right) → Choose files. Multi-select is supported — upload 100+ files at once.
Each file appears with an upload progress bar. Status changes from Uploading → Processing (thumbnail generation, metadata extraction) → Ready.
Step 3: Tag and organize
Click any asset to open the detail drawer. Add:
Name — defaults to filename, rename for clarity
Tags — multi-select from existing tags or create new
Folder — optional, helps grouping (e.g.
Q4-launches,Brand-evergreen)Notes — context for teammates ("model owns rights via Acme agency, valid until Dec 2026")
Save. The asset is now searchable by name, tag, or folder.
Step 4: Use it in a campaign
When you're in Campaign Creator at the creative step, pick Choose from Creative Hub instead of uploading again. Filter the grid by tag or folder, click the asset, click Use this creative. The asset is referenced (not duplicated) — updates in Creative Hub propagate.
AI generation
Creative Hub can also generate new assets. Click Generate instead of Upload:
Asset type | What you input |
|---|---|
Image | Text prompt (style, subject, mood, brand) + optional aspect ratio |
Video | Text prompt + duration + style + optional source image |
Avatar (UGC video) | Text script + avatar choice + language → talking-head video |
Voiceover (TTS) | Text script + voice choice + language → audio file |
AI generation uses AI Credits. The cost estimate shows before generating. Output lands in your Creative Hub like any uploaded asset, fully tag-able and reusable.
For deeper coverage on generation see the Creative Hub collection at help.wevion.ai.
Sharing folders externally
You can share a folder via link to people outside your workspace (clients, models, freelancers). At a folder's settings, click Share, configure:
Access: view-only or upload-allowed
Expiry: never, or in N days
Password: optional
The shared link works for anyone with it — no Wevion account needed. Useful for client review or asking a freelancer to drop deliverables in.
What you'll see
After your first uploads:
The Creative Hub grid populates with thumbnails
Each asset shows aspect ratio, file size, last used date
Tags appear in the left filter rail
A counter at the top: "247 assets · 23 GB"
File limits and supported formats
Type | Max file size | Formats |
|---|---|---|
Image | 30 MB | JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF |
Video | 1 GB | MP4, MOV, WebM (under 1 minute recommended for ads) |
Audio | 50 MB | MP3, WAV |
Document | 30 MB | PDF (for briefs and references; not directly usable as ad creative) |
Bigger files fail with an explicit error. For large batch uploads, compress before uploading or split across multiple uploads.
Common issues
Thumbnail not generating: large videos can take 5-10 minutes for thumbnail. Refresh after a few minutes.
Upload fails at 99%: usually a network drop. Retry — the upload restarts where it failed.
Wrong aspect ratio in campaign preview: re-crop your asset before upload. Square (1:1), vertical (9:16), horizontal (16:9) are the most useful formats; some platforms also use 4:5.
AI-generated asset looks generic: refine your prompt with specifics (brand colors, style references, exact subject). Re-generate.
Asset used in a published campaign accidentally deleted: Wevion preserves the asset on the ad platform side even if removed from Creative Hub. Future edits cannot reuse the deleted asset.
