Profile and Personal Settings

Manage your personal information, company details, and account preferences in Wevion.
Prerequisites
- An active Wevion account
- Logged in to the platform
How It Works
Your profile settings control your personal identity within Wevion. These settings are accessible from the user menu in the top-right corner of the platform. Changes are saved immediately and synced with Stripe (for company billing information).
Step-by-Step Guide
Accessing Your Profile
- Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu
- The profile page displays your personal and company information
Editing Your Personal Information
- Navigate to Profile
- You can update the following fields:
- Name — your display name visible to team members and in reports
- Team Name — the name of your team/workspace (visible to team members)
- Click Save to apply changes
Note: Your email address is managed by the authentication provider (Logto) and cannot be changed directly in Wevion. Contact support if you need to change your email.
Updating Company Information
Company details are used for billing invoices and Stripe customer records:
- Navigate to Profile
- Update any of the following fields:
- Company Name
- Address
- City
- ZIP / Postal Code
- Country
- VAT / Registration Number
- Click Save
Changes to company information are automatically synced to your Stripe customer profile, so they'll appear on future invoices.
Changing Your Password
- Navigate to Profile or Settings
- Look for the Change Password section
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, maximum 128 characters)
- Click Change Password
- You'll receive a confirmation email at your registered address
- All existing sessions will be invalidated — you'll need to log in again with your new password
Note: If your account was created through Logto (social login), password change may not be available in Wevion. In that case, manage your password through Logto directly.
Setting Your Preferred Language
- Navigate to Profile or Settings
- Find the Language option
- Select your preferred language from the dropdown
- The interface will immediately switch to the selected language
Wevion currently supports multiple languages. Your language preference is saved to your account and persists across devices.
Requesting a Password Reset
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the Wevion login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for a password reset link (check spam if needed)
- Click the link and set a new password
- Log in with your new password
The reset link is rate-limited to 5 requests per minute for security.

FAQ
Can I change my email address? Your email is managed by the authentication provider (Logto). Contact support at support@wevion.ai to request an email change.
Will changing my company information affect existing invoices? No. Changes to company details apply to future invoices only. Previously issued invoices retain the original information.
What happens when I change my password? All your active sessions are immediately invalidated for security. You'll need to log in again on all devices. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.
Can my Owner see my profile information? Owners can see your name, email, role, status, and last login date. They cannot see your password or personal security settings.
I signed up with Google/social login. Can I set a password? If your account was created through Logto social login, you may not have a password set. Contact support if you need password-based login in addition to social login.
