Navigating Wevion — sidebar, header, command palette

Three surfaces get you anywhere: the left sidebar for main sections, the top header for workspace and account actions, and the Cmd+K command palette for fast jump-to and search.

Who is this for

Everyone who just landed in Wevion after the onboarding wizard. Spend 5 minutes here and you'll find anything later without clicking around.

The left sidebar (primary navigation)

The sidebar lists the 9 main product areas, top to bottom:

Item

What's there

Dashboard

The home view, cross-account KPI strip + spend chart

Launch

Bulk Launch grid for creating many campaigns at once

Campaign Creator

Single-campaign launcher (Express and Pro modes)

Ads Manager

Monitor and manage existing campaigns, ad sets, ads

Rules

Automation rules — conditions and actions

Creative Hub

Files, AI generation, sharing

Analytics

Single-platform widgets and Cross-Channel narrative

Wavo

The AI assistant chat

Connect

Platform connectors, integrations, API keys

Settings

Personal, team, billing, workspace

The sidebar collapses to icons on narrow screens. Press Cmd+B to toggle expanded/collapsed manually.

The top header

The header runs across the top of every page. From left to right:

  • Workspace switcher: drop-down to jump between workspaces if you belong to many

  • Breadcrumb: shows your path (e.g. Ads Manager > Campaign Q4-Sales > Ad Set US-iOS)

  • Contextual help button (?): opens a popover with help articles relevant to the page you're on

  • Search icon: opens global search (same as Cmd+K)

  • Notifications bell: in-app notifications; badge shows unread count

  • User menu (avatar): profile, personal settings, dark mode toggle, sign out

The contextual help button is the fastest way to find docs — it knows which page you're on and surfaces the right articles. See also Set up notifications for the bell behaviors.

The command palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K)

Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux from anywhere in the app. A search dialog opens centered on the screen. Type to:

  • Jump to a page: type launch → press Enter to go to /launch

  • Search a campaign: type the campaign name to find and open it

  • Search Help Center: type help: roas to search articles

  • Ask Wavo: type ai: how do I scale a winning ad set? to send the query straight to Wavo

  • Run an action: type pause → list of pause actions you can run on selected campaigns

Use arrow keys to navigate the results, Enter to activate. Esc to close.

This is the power-user surface. Spend 1 day using Cmd+K instead of clicking and you'll never go back.

Workspace switcher

If you belong to multiple workspaces (common for agencies), the workspace name at the top left is a button. Click it to:

  • See all workspaces you have access to, with role badges

  • Switch into another workspace (the page reloads with that workspace's data)

  • See your most-recent workspaces pinned at top

Data is fully isolated per workspace — switching is the only way to act on a different client's accounts. See Workspace, Team, Account — what's the difference for the full model.

Mobile and responsive

Wevion is desktop-first. The web app works on tablets (sidebar collapses to icons). On phones, most pages render but are not optimized for thumb use. We recommend a 13" or larger screen for daily work.

What you'll see

The dashboard layout never changes structurally:

  • Sidebar fixed left (collapsed or expanded by your preference)

  • Header fixed top (workspace, breadcrumb, search, bell, avatar)

  • Main content area scrolls

  • Toast notifications appear bottom right

If sections look different from the descriptions above, you may be on an older cached build — press Cmd+Shift+R to hard-refresh.
