Campaign Launcher Overview — How It Works
Last updated: April 18, 2026
The Campaign Launcher is Wevion's built-in tool for creating and publishing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns directly from the platform — without ever opening Meta Ads Manager.
Prerequisites
An active Wevion account with a valid subscription
At least one connected Meta account with an active token Understanding Token Health and Reconnection
At least one assigned ad account Assigning Ad Accounts to Team Members
A fan page linked to your ad account
How It Works
The Campaign Launcher uses a spreadsheet-style interface where you configure your entire campaign structure — from the campaign objective down to individual ad creatives — in a single view. When you hit Publish, Wevion sends everything to Meta's API on your behalf.
The Campaign Structure
Every Meta campaign follows a three-level hierarchy:
Campaign — The top level. Defines your objective (what you want to achieve) and optionally your budget strategy.
Ad Sets — Sit inside a campaign. Define your audience (who sees the ads), placements (where they see them), budget (if using ABO), and schedule.
Ads — Sit inside an ad set. Contain the actual creative: image or video, copy, headline, call-to-action, and landing page URL.
In Wevion, you can create one campaign with multiple ad sets, and each ad set can contain multiple ads — all in a single launch operation.
What Happens When You Publish
Validation — Wevion checks all required fields before sending anything to Meta. Missing a pixel? Wrong objective/optimization combo? You'll see clear error messages before any API call is made.
Queue Processing — Your campaign is placed in a background processing queue. This allows you to close the browser or navigate away without losing progress.
Campaign Creation — Wevion creates the campaign on Meta first, then each ad set, uploads your media (images/videos), and finally creates the ads.
Progress Tracking — A real-time progress bar shows you each step: campaign created, ad set 1 created, media uploaded, ad 1 created, and so on.
Rollback on Failure — If something fails mid-way (e.g., Meta rejects an ad creative), Wevion automatically cleans up by deleting any partially created resources, so you don't end up with orphaned campaigns.
Notification — Once complete, you'll receive an in-app notification confirming success or detailing what went wrong.
Launch Modes
Wevion supports two launch approaches:
Single Campaign Launch — Create one campaign with its ad sets and ads. This is the most common workflow.
Bulk Campaign Launch — Create multiple campaigns at once. Each campaign is processed independently, so a failure in one doesn't affect the others. Bulk Campaign Launcher — Creating Multiple Campaigns at Once

App Install — Ads optimized for mobile app downloads with deep link support.
Note: The launcher also includes a Multi-language feature that lets you create ads in multiple languages within a single launch, with Meta automatically showing the right version based on user locale. This is available for any ad type — it is not a separate ad type itself.
You can also reuse an existing post from your fan page as the ad creative, preserving all its engagement (likes, comments, shares).

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I edit a campaign after publishing? A: Not from the Campaign Launcher. Once published, manage your campaigns from the Ads Manager. Ads Manager Overview — Your Campaign Control Center
Q: What happens if my internet disconnects during publishing? A: Publishing happens server-side in a background queue. Once you hit Publish, the process continues even if you close your browser. Check the progress when you return.
Q: Is there a limit to how many campaigns I can launch at once? A: There's no hard limit from Wevion. However, Meta's API has rate limits that may slow down very large bulk launches. For best results, launch in batches of 10-20 campaigns.
Q: Which Meta API version does Wevion use? A: Wevion uses Meta Graph API v23.0, the latest stable version.
