Dashboard Overview — Your Daily Command Center

Last updated: April 18, 2026

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to Wevion. It provides a real-time snapshot of your advertising performance across all connected Meta ad accounts, giving you everything you need to make fast, informed decisions every morning.

Prerequisites

  • At least one Meta ad account connected and synced in Wevion.
  • An active subscription (free trial or paid plan).
  • Campaigns running (or recently active) to see meaningful data.

How It Works

The Dashboard pulls data from your synced Meta ad accounts and computes aggregated statistics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, and ROI — for the date range you select. Data is refreshed automatically every 15 minutes through Wevion's insight collection system.

Your Dashboard view adapts to your role:

  • Media Buyer — sees only the ad accounts assigned to you.
  • Owner — sees your own data by default, plus a dedicated Team Stats section showing all team members' performance.
  • Super Admin — sees platform-wide data across all users.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard from the sidebar. The page loads with data for today by default.

2. Select a Date Range

Use the date picker at the top to change the time window. You can choose:

  • A single day (e.g., today, yesterday)
  • A custom range (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days)
📸 Dashboard header showing date picker, timezone selector, and currency selector

3. Choose Timezone and Currency

  • Timezone — By default, data is grouped using each ad account's own timezone. Select a specific timezone (e.g., "Europe/Rome") to normalize all data to a single timezone.
  • Currency — By default, amounts are shown in each account's original currency. Select a target currency (e.g., EUR, USD) to convert all amounts using the latest exchange rates.

4. Review Your Key Metrics

The top section displays your headline numbers:

Metric Description
Total Spend How much you've spent across all accounts in the selected period
Total Impressions Total number of times your ads were shown
Total Clicks Total number of clicks on your ads
Total Conversions Conversion count from postback data (server-to-server tracking)
Total Revenue Revenue from postback conversions
ROI Return on investment: (Revenue − Spend) / Spend × 100
Avg CTR Average click-through rate: Clicks / Impressions × 100
📸 Performance stats row showing spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI, and CTR

5. View the Spend Chart

Below the key metrics, the Spend Chart visualizes your daily spending trends over the selected period. This helps you spot sudden spikes or drops that need attention.

6. Check the Account Summary

The Account Summary table lists each connected ad account with:

  • Account name and ID
  • Spend for the period
  • Impressions and clicks
  • Number of campaigns
  • Original currency
  • Team member name (for owners viewing the team)

This lets you instantly see which accounts are spending the most and which may need attention.

7. Campaign Status Counts

The Dashboard shows three counters for your campaigns:

  • Active campaigns — currently running in the selected period
  • Paused campaigns — paused in the selected period
  • Total campaigns — combined count

An additional row shows all-time campaign counts (active, paused, total) across your entire history, regardless of the selected date range.

8. Team Stats (Owner Only)

If you are an Owner, the Dashboard includes a Team Members section that aggregates data for all your team members. You can filter by individual members to compare their performance side by side.

Dashboard Components

Depending on your role, the Dashboard may include:

  • Performance Stats Row — headline metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI)
  • Secondary Metrics Row — additional calculated metrics (CTR, etc.)
  • Spend Chart — daily spending visualization
  • Top Accounts Spend Chart — bar chart of highest-spending accounts
  • Account Summary Table — per-account breakdown

  • Team Members Section — team performance table (Owner only)

  • Quick Actions — shortcuts to common tasks
  • Recent Activity — latest events and changes

Currency Conversion

When you select a target currency, Wevion converts spend amounts using daily exchange rates fetched every 12 hours. The conversion applies to both the headline stats and the account breakdown table.

Timezone Normalization

When you select a specific timezone, Wevion uses hourly granularity data to recompute which portion of daily spend falls within the target timezone's date boundaries. This ensures accurate numbers even when your accounts span multiple timezones.

FAQ

Q: Why does my Dashboard show $0 spend? A: Make sure your ad accounts are connected, synced, and have active campaigns. Also check that the selected date range covers the period when campaigns were running. Data is synced every 15 minutes — a newly connected account may take up to 15 minutes to populate.

Q: Why are my conversion numbers different from Meta Ads Manager? A: The Dashboard uses postback (server-to-server) conversion data, not Meta's reported conversions. Postback data reflects actual conversions tracked by your server, which may differ from Meta's attribution-based numbers.

Q: Can I see data for a specific team member? A: Yes, if you are an Owner. Use the Team Member filter dropdown in the Dashboard header, or navigate to the Team Stats section.

Q: How often is the data updated? A: Every 15 minutes. The Dashboard shows a "Last updated" timestamp so you know how fresh the data is.

Q: What does "account currency" mean in the currency selector? A: Selecting "Account" (or leaving it blank) displays each account's spend in its original currency. If you have accounts in USD and EUR, you'll see both currencies listed. Selecting a specific currency converts everything to that single currency.
