Wevion Analytics exports the active view as CSV or Excel, one row per day, generated in your browser. No async job, no email, no 90-day cap.

Export CSV / Excel from Analytics

The Export button in the Analytics controls bar downloads the active view as CSV or Excel, with one row per day for the selected period. The file is generated in your browser and downloads instantly β€” there is no background job, no email delivery, and no hard date-range cap. The Advertising view exports daily media metrics; the Store & Business view exports daily commerce-plus-blended metrics. Files carry a UTF-8 BOM so they open cleanly in Excel.

Who is this for

Mediabuyers and admins pulling analytics data into spreadsheets, BI tools, or client decks.

How to export

  1. Set up the view you want: pick Advertising or Store & Business, select platforms/accounts (and a store, in Store & Business), and choose the date range
  2. Click Esporta (Export) in the top-right of the controls bar
  3. The export dialog shows a summary β€” Vista (view), Piattaforme (platforms), Periodo (period)
  4. Click CSV or Excel
  5. The file downloads immediately

The export reflects exactly what's on screen: the active view, the applied platform/account selection, and the current period.

What's in each file

Both formats contain the same data β€” one row per day. CSV is comma-separated; Excel is a tab-separated .xlsx-named file that opens directly in Excel. Both include a UTF-8 BOM for correct accented-character rendering in Italian Excel.

Advertising export columns

Data, Piattaforme, Spesa ADV, Impression, CPM, CTR %, Click su link, CPC, Aggiunte carrello, Acquisti, Vendite, Costo/acquisto, CVR %, ROAS, Contatti, Costo/Contatto.

The Piattaforme column lists which platforms contributed to that day (pipe-separated), since a single daily row merges all selected accounts.

Store & Business export columns

Data, Store, Fatturato, Spesa ADV, Ordini, AOV, MER, CPO, TACoS %, CVR sito %, Sessioni, Resi, % Resi.

Both hold identical numbers; the choice is about how you'll open the file.

What this export is not

  • No PDF: the Analytics export produces CSV or Excel data files, not a formatted PDF report. For polished, chart-based PDF reports, use Ads Manager's report exports (am-117).
  • No background job or email: the file is built client-side and downloads on the spot β€” there's nothing to poll and nothing arrives by email.
  • No 90-day hard cap: export covers whatever period the date picker allows.
  • No separate subscription gate on the export button: if you can view the data, you can export it.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting a PDF: this export is data (CSV/Excel); use Ads Manager reports for a designed PDF.
  • Forgetting to apply the selection first: the export mirrors the applied filters β€” set the view, accounts, store, and period before clicking Export.
  • Exporting the wrong view: the file follows the active view; switch to Advertising or Store & Business first.

Common issues

  • Downloaded file looks empty: the selection had no data for the period β€” check accounts/store and widen the range.
  • Accented characters look wrong: open the Excel-format file (it includes the BOM) rather than importing raw CSV without UTF-8.
  • Totals differ from the on-screen KPI cards: the file is per-day rows; the KPI cards are period aggregates. Summing daily rows should reconcile.

FAQ

How do I export data from Wevion Analytics?

Set up the view you want β€” choose Advertising or Store & Business, apply your platform/account (and store) selection, and pick a date range β€” then click Esporta in the controls bar and choose CSV or Excel. The dialog shows a summary of the view, platforms, and period, and the file downloads instantly with one row per day. It mirrors exactly what's on screen.

Can I export a PDF report from Analytics?

Not from the Analytics view β€” its export produces CSV or Excel data files with one row per day, not a formatted PDF. If you need a polished, chart-based PDF for a client or stakeholder, use Ads Manager's report export instead. Analytics export is designed for feeding spreadsheets and BI tools, where raw daily data is more useful than a designed document.

Why is the export instant instead of a background job?

Wevion builds the Analytics export in your browser from the data already loaded for the view, so there's no server-side job to queue, no status to poll, and no email delivery. That also means there's no hard 90-day cap and no separate subscription check on the button β€” you export whatever you can view. For large, designed reports, Ads Manager uses its own report pipeline.

What columns are in the export?

The Store & Business export has Data, Store, Fatturato, Spesa ADV, Ordini, AOV, MER, CPO, TACoS %, CVR sito %, Sessioni, Resi, and % Resi. Both include a UTF-8 BOM for correct Excel rendering.

Steps
