Plans + pricing tiers

Subscription tiers vary by:

Manage billing + Stripe

Stripe is the payment processor. Wevion never stores card data.

  • Top-up + subscription via Stripe checkout

Credits (AI usage)

Separate ledger from subscription. 1 credit = $0.001 with MARKUP 1.1× on model costs.

Top up via Stripe in same /settings/team/billing page. Owner / admin can set monthly cap to prevent runaway spend.

Cancel + downgrade

  • Cancel: subscription ends at current period's end. No further charges.

  • Downgrade mid-cycle: proration applied — unused portion credited back.

  • Upgrade mid-cycle: charged difference immediately.

Workspace data preserved through cancellation; grace period before full lockout.

Invoices + receipts

/settings/team/billing → Invoices. Download PDF per period. Stripe auto-emails after each charge.

For VAT exemption (B2B EU): add VAT ID in billing details.

How long is the trial?

Per plan. Check /settings/team/billing after registration for your exact expiry.

What happens after the trial ends?

Subscription required to continue. Data preserved. Grace period varies by tier.

Can I downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Proration applies — unused portion credited.

What's the refund policy?

Annual plans typically refundable within 14-30 days; monthly plans don't refund mid-cycle (downgrade with proration is the alternative). Specific terms: contact support.

What if my card is declined?

Multi-workspace billing?
